Description
I. INTRODUCTION

Introduces a general overview of the microbiome and how to configure and download microbiome analysis reports.

II. PROJECT INFORMATION

Provides microbiome analysis project information, analysis information, sequencing information, and workflow summary.

III. NGS SEQUENCING

Provides summary information on the preprocessing process and data sequence statistics and quality information using raw data generated by next-generation sequencing technology (NGS).

IV. TAXONOMY ANALYSIS

As a result of microbiome analysis, it provides taxonomic information on the microbial flora included in the sample, basic information on microbial species, and Krona Chart results.

V. DIVERSITY ANALYSIS

Provides Alpha-Diversity, Beta-Diversity, LEfSe, and Heatmap analysis results.

Ⅵ. FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS

Metabolic functional profile prediction results are provided using Tax4Fun2 and Picrust2 analysis tools.

Ⅶ. ADDITIONAL ANALYSIS

Provides microbial community composition results through phylogenetic tree analysis.

+ REFERENCE

You can check all reference information such as Database, Method, and Statistics, etc. used in microbiome analysis and version information of the 3BIGS Database.

Information limitation

This guidebook is for general researchers who have not applied for 3BIGS' service. Detailed explanations and contents in the analysis results report are limited, and a guidebook with detailed explanations for each page and full contents is provided to researchers who have been provided with the analysis results.
