Phylogenetic tree with Statistics page

This page provides a graph of the results of microbial community composition through the analysis of the phylogenetic tree. Basically, in addition to the phylogenetic tree, the group-based taxonomic abundance is visualized in the form of a bar plot or heatmap to provide a variety of information at a glance.

The results of this analysis provide an example page and provide the results of the analysis once upon email request.

Results can only be provided for group analyses with more than one sample in a group.

Information limitation

This guidebook is for general researchers who have not applied for the services of 3BIGS. Detailed explanations and contents in the analysis results report are limited, and a guidebook with detailed explanations for each page and full contents is provided to researchers who have been provided with the analysis results.
