Taxonomy Summary page

After basic data preprocessing for microbiome analysis, this page provides the results of the Amplicon Sequence Variants (ASVs) analysis that can identify the microbiome. It provides taxonomic information for each microbial species analyzed based on the refined database of 3BIGS (Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, and Species) and provides basic information about species and the similarity of genetic sequences.

Information limitation

This guidebook is for general researchers who have not applied for the services of 3BIGS. Detailed explanations and contents in the analysis results report are limited, and a guidebook with detailed explanations for each page and full contents is provided to researchers who have been provided with the analysis results.
