Download and check analysis results report file using web page
Once the microbiome analysis you requested is completed, we will provide you with a link to download the analysis report and raw data through a separate email.
After receiving the email, the analysis report and data will be stored for one month. After that, you will not be able to access it through the account information you received, so please be sure to download the analysis report and data within one month.

Clicking Download Files in Email will open the 3BIGS Workspace Login browser window. Log in by entering the ID and PW provided in the email as Username and Password on the page.

When you log in, there are two compressed files as follows.
Project Name_REPORT.zip : Microbiome analysis report file
rawdata.zip : Raw data file
When you unzip the microbiome analysis report file, you can see 2 folders and 1 html file. Among these, you can check the report through the 'Project Name_REPORT.html' file.
