Heatmap page

Based on the results of microbial diversity analysis, the presence or abundance of various microbial taxa of samples and groups is visualized and provided. It is possible to understand the relative abundance of each classification system (Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, and Specifications) and identify patterns or clusters of data.

Information limitation

This guidebook is for general researchers who have not applied for the services of 3BIGS. Detailed explanations and contents in the analysis results report are limited, and a guidebook with detailed explanations for each page and full contents is provided to researchers who have been provided with the analysis results.
