Report Template
3BIGS provides various analysis results in a single report file in HTML format so that you can easily check them.
Basic Information
You can check the basic information of the analysis request in the menu bar on the left.
Service ID : Project number and 16S rRNA region information
Customer Info : Name and affiliated organization of service customer requester
Report Info : Report sending date and database version information used for analysis
Report Menu Bar
Through the menu bar on the left, you can check various analysis results such as Taxonomy, Diversity, and Functional, etc. and the analysis report guidebook.
Project Information : Microbiome analysis and sequencing result information, analysis pipeline workflow summary information
NGS Sequencing : Summary information on data preprocessing process and data sequence statistics and quality information
Taxonomy Analysis : Microbiome analysis results, taxonomic information on microbial flora and basic information on microbial species, and Krona Chart results
Diversity Analysis : Alpha-Diversity, Beta-Diversity, LEfSe, Heatmap analysis results
Functional Analysis : Metabolic functional profile prediction results using Tax4Fun2 and Picrust2 analysis tools
Additional Analysis : Result of microbial community composition through phylogenetic tree analysis
Documentation : Microbiome analysis report guidebook (3BIGS NGS Service guide book) (Includes reference papers used in microbiome analysis and 3BIGS's database information)
